Costs explained before you commit
Whatever applies to you is set out in writing, in a language you understand, before you agree to anything — and every payment is receipted. Nothing appears later that you were not told about.
Home/For Jobseekers
We place skilled and semi-skilled workers into verified overseas jobs with real contracts. Applying costs nothing. The job, the conditions and anything payable are explained to you in writing, in a language you understand, before you agree.
Overseas recruitment has a bad reputation for good reasons. Here is specifically what we commit to, in language concrete enough to be held against us.
Whatever applies to you is set out in writing, in a language you understand, before you agree to anything — and every payment is receipted. Nothing appears later that you were not told about.
In a language you understand, in person, with the pay, hours, overtime, accommodation and leave spelled out — and a copy that you keep.
We never hold your passport or personal documents as security, and we require the same of every employer we place workers with.
Safety, trade skills, workplace language and orientation for the country you are going to, so you arrive able to do the job and settle in.
We check the company, the job and the working conditions before we present a vacancy to you. If a job looks wrong, we do not offer it.
We check in with you at 7 days, 30 days and 90 days after arrival. If something is wrong at the workplace, you have someone to tell.
None of this is compulsory, and missing something does not disqualify you. It simply speeds things up if you have it ready.
Always get it in writing. Any payment we ask of you is confirmed in writing with a receipt. If someone contacts you claiming to act for us and asks for money, check with us first at contact@neksconsultancy.com before paying anything.

Fill in the form with your age, qualification, trade, experience and the sector you want to work in. Attach a CV or trade certificate if you have one — it is not required, and it costs nothing to apply.
Your details are recorded against your trade and skill level. You do not need to follow up or pay anything to stay on our list.
When an employer requirement fits your trade, experience and availability, we call you and explain the job, the country, the pay and the conditions in full.
You complete a practical test for your trade and an interview with the employer, usually by video. The employer makes the final decision.
If selected, we prepare your work permit and visa file, arrange the medical and police clearance, and handle attestation and translation. We tell you honestly how long it will take.
You complete pre-departure training, we book your travel, and someone meets you on arrival and helps you settle into accommodation and the workplace.
These are the categories employers ask us for most often. If your trade is not listed, apply anyway — requirements change constantly.
It takes about five minutes. Tell us your age, qualification, trade and the sector you want to work in. Applying costs nothing.
