These terms govern your use of the Neks Consultancy website. They do not replace the separate written agreement that governs any consultancy, recruitment or placement services we provide — that agreement takes precedence in the event of a conflict.

3. No fees are charged to workers
Neks Consultancy operates an employer-pays model. We do not charge jobseekers or placed workers any fee for registration, placement, training or documentation. If a person or entity requests payment from you claiming to act on our behalf, they are not authorised by us — please report it to contact@neksconsultancy.com immediately.
4. No guarantee of employment or visa outcome
Nothing on this website is an offer of employment. Submitting a CV or enquiry does not create an employment relationship or entitlement to placement. Immigration and work permit decisions are made solely by the competent government authorities. We prepare and present applications to a professional standard but cannot guarantee any particular decision or processing time.
5. Information accuracy
Immigration rules, processing times and labour regulations change frequently. Content on this site is general information published in good faith and is not legal, immigration or tax advice. Do not act on it without obtaining advice specific to your circumstances.
6. Your submissions
